Job Title: Senior Network Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team at Scottish Rite for Children. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining our Wired and Wireless Network Infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrate and maintain the Wired and Wireless Network Infrastructure
  • Assist with Administration and Maintenance of the phone system
  • Monitor and manage capacity of the Wired and Wireless Network Infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
  • Manage IP Address including DHCP, DNS, NAT and related IP Services
  • Responsible for network designs and documentation of such network designs
  • Responsible for security tools related to network health and performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation, administration, and maintenance of Cisco-based infrastructure
  • Cisco Certification (CCNA, CCNP) is preferred
  • Strong experience with managing and monitoring network performance and establishing network monitoring tools
  • Strong experience managing IP Services including DHCP, DNS, NAT
  • Strong experience with network diagnostics in areas such as reachability, slowness, load balancing, shaping traffic
  • Experience with log management tools
