Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project plans and specifications to identify materials, timelines, budget constraints, staffing needs, and resource allocation for various project phases.
- Collaborate with team members to outline work plans; assign responsibilities, define authority levels, and provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
- Oversee and synchronize project activities to maintain schedules and budget compliance; review progress reports from staff and implement necessary adjustments.
- Manage client communications, enforce site safety protocols, and ensure adherence to projected installation schedules and deadlines.
