Job Title: Insulation Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Insulation Estimator to join our team at Alcal Specialty Contracting, Inc. As an Insulation Estimator, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with customers, and preparing bids for residential and commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Generating leads on current and future projects
  • Meeting with new and potential customers to discuss project requirements
  • Preparing bids and submitting proposals for projects
  • Securing project bids and reviewing contracts
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Residential/Commercial Garage Door/Insulation Estimating and Sales highly preferred
  • A successful construction sales record
  • Ability to read, interpret, and accurately take-off construction drawings
  • Must be able to operate computer, standard, and specialized software applications
  • Must possess excellent skills in math, writing, public relations, communications, and negotiations
  • Regular attendance is required
  • Valid CA Driver's License
