Avera Mary House Long Term Care is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily rounds and communicate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide professional nursing care to residents, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and monitoring resident conditions.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of South Dakota.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including PRN.
