NDE Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled NDE Supervisor to lead our Non-Destructive Examination team at PG&E Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise, supervision, and direction to a team of NDE technicians and specialists.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with ATS written NDE program and Quality program
- Support and promote ATS NDE North Star Vision
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule NDE resources and equipment
- Oversee day-to-day operational work activities of NDE Unit
- Develop and manage short- and long-term plans for unit to meet financial goals
- Evaluate client needs and internal resources
- Ensure NDE team understands client needs and project work meets client expectations
- Prepare regular team/unit performance metric reports
- Support internal or external NDE audits
- Create, promote, and manage a safe work environment
- Recruit, select, communicate expectations, and develop employees
- Manage union-represented or non-represented technical employees
- Participate in ATS planning and coordination activities
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or job-related discipline or equivalent experience
- 7 years of relevant experience
- Desired: Master's degree in Engineering or related discipline, experience leading union-represented employees, certifications, and technical knowledge
PG&E Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $147,000.00 to $251,000.00, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
