Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Wetout Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) liner according to customer specifications. This includes staging, wrapping, loading, and securing the liner for transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare CIPP liner according to customer specifications
- Stage, wrap, load, and secure the liner for transport
- Mix chemicals that require wearing a respirator
- Perform all work according to safety standards
- Follow quality, safety, and environmental procedures
- Operate wet out or truck conveyors or tugger systems, static mixers, and other process-related equipment
- Load wet out tube into totes or trucks according to processes and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding safety, quality, or work-related aspects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and plant following 5's guidelines
Physical Requirements
- Walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, crouch, bend, reach, kneel, crawl, and stretch
- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk and hear without visual cues
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal history background check
- Previous experience as a Construction Laborer or Installation Technician
- Self-starter with ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure
