Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to enhance our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

  • SAFETY: Adherence to safety standards and compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act is our top priority.
  • SERVICE: We prioritize understanding our customers' needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they are treated with respect throughout the service process.
  • SALES: Recognizing maintenance risks and offering maintenance agreements to assist customers in managing costs and preventing expensive repairs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Install new HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
  • Utilize company technology, such as Service Titan, for time tracking, invoicing, estimates, and documentation - experience with Service Titan or Service Channel is highly advantageous.
  • Conduct inspections and perform necessary repairs and replacements on equipment.
  • Execute routine preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in HVAC or related fields.
  • Proficient in reading HVAC wiring diagrams, comfortable with low voltage systems, and familiar with line voltage.
  • Ability to manage a physically demanding workload.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Possession of OSHA 30 and NYC SST certifications.
  • A valid NYS Driver's License is required.
