Position Overview: Staff Management | SMX is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Seasonal Packaging Associate. This position offers a chance to earn a weekly paycheck while acquiring new skills and collaborating with a supportive management team in a clean and safe workspace.
Job Details: The Seasonal Gift Box initiative is back This role involves assembling gift boxes, which includes folding boxes, adding summer sausage links, crackers, mustard dipping sauce, and applying labels for packaging.
Schedule: The work schedule consists of 1st shift hours from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with no weekend shifts unless production demands extra hours.
Compensation: The hourly wage for this position is $18.00, with weekly paychecks distributed every Friday. Employees can earn Reward Points for perfect monthly attendance and anniversaries, and are eligible for benefits such as medical, vision, and dental coverage upon receiving their first paycheck.
Benefits: After transitioning to Old Wisconsin Sausage, additional benefits include:
- Increased pay rate of $20.00/hour
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- 401k Plan

Requirements:
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Must be at least 18 years old
