Competitive Compensation: $17.00 - $21.50 per hour, based on experience and credentials.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and ADL needs for patients/residents per the care plan.
• Act as part of the nursing care team to promote excellent care delivery.
• Document care in the electronic medical record.
• Provide feedback for individualizing resident care plans.
