Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master & Agile Coach to join our Agile Center of Excellence (COE). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving Agile adoption and transformation across multiple delivery teams. Your expertise in Agile principles, values, and methodologies will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and optimizing team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient and effective team collaboration.
  • Create and maintain Scrum artifacts, such as product backlogs and sprint plans, to support team progress and performance.
  • Provide expert coaching and guidance to teams and individuals on Agile principles, values, and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Design and deliver customized Agile training programs to address specific team needs and challenges.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to ensure clear understanding of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and team goals.
  • Assess Agile maturity levels and develop roadmaps for improvement to drive organizational growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading Agile teams as Scrum Master or Product Owner.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or similar role in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles, values, and methodologies, with expertise in Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proven experience in driving Agile adoption and transformation within teams and organizations.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to guide individuals and teams through challenging situations.
