Job Title: Land Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team at The LiRo Group. As a key member of our GIS and Survey department, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and scheduling project work tasks for multiple projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate project work tasks for multiple projects
  • Monitor and oversee project budgets
  • Establish project teams
  • Administer and oversee survey manpower and activities
  • Communicate and build client relationships
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of years experience as a Land Surveyor
  • License in New York is required; New Jersey license is preferred
  • Proficient in Carlson 2018 with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS
  • Superior communication skills
  • Ability to examine and interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings
  • Ability to examine boundary evidence survey resolutions
  • Construction Layout computations and calculations
