About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and services to meet their needs, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive store environment.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store is visually appealing and well-organized.
  • Perform other duties as required, contributing to the overall success of the store.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
