This role primarily involves supervising teams within our Telecommunications Division. General Foremen typically manage 3 to 5 crew members directly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee crew operations, ensuring safety, project management, and client relations on-site.
• Plan and execute job layouts to achieve daily and weekly production targets in line with contract obligations.
• Implement and uphold OSHA and Customer Safety Standards to mitigate risks to personnel and property.
• Serve as a self-driven, positive influence for the crew members.
• Communicate effectively with Area Managers, Superintendents, and Clients.
• Ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are available on-site.
• Be prepared to work flexible hours, including overtime, and travel as required for certain projects.
• Engage in physical labor outdoors, including in adverse weather conditions.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreman in the utility or construction sector.
• Valid Driver's License is required; CDL is preferred.
