HVAC Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HVAC - Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team at A. Johnson Plumbing and Heating, Inc. in Gloversville, NY.

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As an HVAC - Plumbing Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, including:

• Coordinating with field staff and customers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Managing customer interactions, including phone calls and in-person meetings
• Processing payments and managing billing information
• Creating report summaries for senior management

You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our operations run smoothly.

As an HVAC - Plumbing Dispatcher, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a high volume of customer calls and emails
• Coordinating with field staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Processing payments and managing billing information
• Creating report summaries for senior management
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
