We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Technician to join our Assembly Group on the Production Floor. As a key member of our team, you will perform a variety of repetitive operations to assemble products or sub-assemblies, using various common hand tools and power assisted assembly tools.

You will work closely with Engineering to troubleshoot issues, update work instructions, and engage with Purchasing and Quality as needed. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a desire to learn from and work with a team of high performing individuals are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly operations using common hand tools and power assisted assembly tools
• Work with Engineering to troubleshoot issues and update work instructions
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Quality as needed
• Participate in cross-training on multiple assemblies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Trade school or Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree or Technical Certificate preferred
• Ability to read drawings and schematics
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. with a focus on safety
• Proficiency in computer applications
