Position Overview:
  • Assessing patients and developing, implementing, and documenting nursing care plans
  • Supporting physicians during examinations and medical procedures
  • Conducting various patient assessments and administering medications within the registered nurse's scope of practice
  • Encouraging patient autonomy by setting care objectives and educating patients and families about their conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
  • Utilizing experience and judgment to achieve care goals
  • Working three 12-hour shifts with varying schedules
Qualifications:
  • Current RN license in Oklahoma or Multistate Compact
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred
  • 0-2 years of nursing experience
