In this role, you will engage with patients of all ages in a healthcare setting that emphasizes quality service, extended appointment durations, and a balanced work-life approach, allowing you to cultivate meaningful relationships with your patients and assist them in achieving their health objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-time position with a structured schedule, free from on-call duties or weekend shifts
  • Weekly Work Hours:
  • Mon/Wed/Fri: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Tues/Thurs: 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • Focus on preventive healthcare and improved patient outcomes
  • Longer appointment times to ensure thorough patient interactions
  • Operate without the constraints of insurance billing, utilizing a fee-for-service model

Role Expectations:

In your capacity as a Healthcare Provider Assistant, you will deliver primary care services, conduct health assessments, provide wellness education, support lifestyle modifications, and assist patients in managing chronic health issues.


Beyond patient care, you will foster strong relationships with the center's staff and may take on leadership responsibilities, including training and ensuring high-quality care standards.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Healthcare Provider Assistant in a primary care or family practice environment
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Valid and unrestricted state licensure
