Diagnostic Radiologist

Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine is seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Radiologist to join its team in the Department of Radiology and Medical Imaging.

This is an excellent full-time opportunity for a Board Certified Diagnostic Radiologist with extensive experience or fellowship training in Breast Imaging. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join an experienced breast imaging team at our rapidly growing breast care program.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading digital mammography/tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and interventional skills for all modality biopsy guidance. They will also be expected to work closely with breast surgeons, plastic reconstruction surgeons, pathologists, and oncologists with regularly scheduled case conferences.

• Read and interpret medical images to diagnose diseases such as breast cancer
• Perform image-guided biopsies and other procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational programs

• Board Certification in Radiology (ABR or ABOR)
• Fellowship-Trained -or- Extensive Practice Experience in Breast Imaging
• IL license (or willing to obtain)
• BLS (by time of start)
• COVID-vaccinated
