Equipment Technician

W.E. Timmerman Company Inc., a reputable 86-year-old equipment dealership, is seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to join their service department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining specialized over-the-road equipment sold by the company, working at both dealer and customer locations.

Job-specific training will be provided for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions
• Use a variety of hand tools, mechanical tools, jacks, and hoists
• Welding knowledge is a plus
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Must be in good physical condition and able to work on heavy equipment
• Dependability and safe driving skills are essential
• Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
