Primary Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, repair, and assess overhead cranes and hoists.
• Execute routine preventive maintenance tasks on machinery.
• Assist clients by effectively communicating with them and the office regarding equipment repairs.
• Analyze and recommend necessary repairs for clients.
• Foster customer relationships by addressing concerns; identifying solutions; proposing enhanced methods and techniques; and suggesting system upgrades.
• Maintain overhead crane systems through quality installations; conducting OSHA/ANSI equivalent inspections; documenting and completing warranty services; troubleshooting failures; performing preventive maintenance; and responding to service requests.
• Record service and installation activities by filling out forms, reports, and inspection checklists.
• Build and sustain customer trust by ensuring prompt response times, keeping clients informed of issues, and completing tasks efficiently.
• Uphold a professional demeanor, punctuality, appearance, and organization in all work areas.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
