Job Overview

The compensation for this position ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, based on experience, with a first shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Receive products from the central warehouse on a daily basis.
  2. Log finished goods into the Epicor system.
  3. Organize products in designated storage areas.
  4. Prepare customer orders, including pallet assembly and label creation.
  5. Load trucks for outgoing shipments.
  6. Verify shipping documentation such as bills of lading and packing lists.
  7. Compile necessary paperwork for product transportation.
  8. Notify the Logistics Coordinator about truck departure schedules and customer orders.
  9. Conduct weekly physical inventory checks.
  10. Process and assess customer returns.
  11. Ensure products remain undamaged and ready for sale.
  12. Generate reports on warehouse inflows and outflows.
  13. Maintain order and cleanliness within the warehouse.
  14. Oversee maintenance activities for forklifts.
  15. Request necessary materials for shipments, including pallets and plastics.
  16. Gather proof of deliveries to clients and freight carriers.
  17. Communicate with freight companies regarding any delays.
Qualifications
  • Fundamental understanding of inventory movement processes.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management strategies.
  • Proficient in operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations, both governmental and internal.
  • Ability to follow operational instructions related to equipment handling, packaging, shipping, and warehouse logistics.
