E-Learning Developer Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Learning Developer - Remote to join our team at Providence. As an e-learning developer, you will play a key role in creating engaging online learning experiences for our organization.
Job Overview
The Senior Learning Developer is responsible for designing and developing e-learning content using various tools such as Storyline, Camtasia, Audacity, Captivate, Go Animate, and Photo Shop. This role requires excellent instructional design skills, knowledge of adult learning principles, and experience with e-learning software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop rich online learning solutions to meet the needs of the organization
- Implement, maintain, and project manage relevant targeted training and development programs
- Create job aids, web-based e-learning, interactive games, simulations, interactive video, learning apps, mobile learning, and testing materials
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- 3 years of experience in online or classroom-based instructional design
- Proven track record of successful program design, delivery, and evaluation
- Experience with various e-learning software (i.e., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia)
