Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase loyalty and retention
  • Promote Massage Envy's wellness programs and services through effective communication and education
  • Support clinic operations by scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
