  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Take a data-driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plan, progress, and success.
  • Experimentation and Innovation: Experiment with data to influence business outcomes and drive innovation.
  • Product Roadmap and Execution: Drive the roadmap and execution from MVP to significant releases.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely across Intuit business offering teams to understand requirements, priorities, and drive to a common goal.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Spend time with end-users to understand their pain points, gather insights on how to solve big customer problems in a delightful way.
  • Representation and Communication: Represent the team in presentations, meetings, customer, and partner events internally and externally.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience designing and delivering world-class platform products in a Product Management role, especially identity systems or large-scale enterprise solutions.
  • Track record of defining and delivering awesome products solving big customer needs and delivering business results.
  • Proven team leadership skills, coaching individuals to do their best work and attracting top talent.
  • Demonstrable technical depth in software, data, and systems.
  • Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap.
  • Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful products.
  • Track record of working closely with customers and partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities.
  • Boundaryless collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations.
  • BS or technical degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
