Key Responsibilities

Perform laboratory tests according to established policies, procedures, and federal regulations.Evaluate test results for accuracy and take corrective action when necessary.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related laboratory field or equivalent experience.Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
