Job Summary

The Floor Supervisor will play a critical role in managing store operations and ensuring a positive customer experience. This individual will assist with daily tasks, supervise staff, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist customers in finding products and answering questions about store policies and procedures.
    • Ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
  • Store Operations
    • Supervise and coordinate daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures.
    • Assist with inventory management, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor merchandise areas.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety protocols.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers and staff.
    • Assist with training and development of store staff, including new hire orientation and ongoing training programs.
    • Participate in store meetings and contribute to the development of store goals and objectives.

  • Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail management experience preferred.
