Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and education. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Job Description

As a School Psychologist with ProCare Therapy, you will be responsible for providing psychological assessments, interventions, and consultations to students, parents, and educators. Your expertise will help us develop and implement effective strategies to support student learning and behavior, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide counseling services to students, focusing on social-emotional development and academic success
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to design and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with state regulations and district policies
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution
  • State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
  • Knowledge of psychological assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education regulations
  • Strong understanding of child development, learning disabilities, and mental health issues affecting students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Interview Process

  • A 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district representatives
