We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DAVITA, providing high-quality care to patients in a hospital setting. As a Nephrology Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering dialysis services to patients with end-stage renal disease, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Deliver dialysis services to patients in a hospital setting, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)
• Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education to patients and their families
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

• Associate's degree in nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience preferred
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus
