About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Manager to join our team at Razorfish. As a key member of our data strategy team, you will be responsible for leading cross-capability projects and building close relationships with other disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Strategy
    • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key issues and objectives, and develop solutions to address them.
    • Apply holistic strategic thinking to elevate client marketing goals and data sophistication and maturity.
  • Communication Skills
    • Develop and deliver internal and client presentations, and prepare necessary outlines.
    • Own work and deliver materials with confidence, and provide clear and concise responses to questions.
    • Lead team discussions and present alternative solutions.
    • Transform data into visually appealing presentations with an emphasis on storytelling.
  • Client Engagement
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and serve as their primary data resource.
    • Lead clients through multiple programs and projects from start to finish.
    • Display a professional, articulate, and mature presence in all aspects of client relationship building.
  • Tools & Techniques
    • Mastery of multiple data tools and platforms, and statistical concepts.
    • Ability to assist in all aspects of vendor assessments.
    • Proactively identify learning gaps and seek to address them through internal resources or expert advice.
  • Analytics
    • Planning and Implementation
    • Independently execute all steps involved in learning agendas and measurement plans.
    • Proactively solve issues with measurement plan implementation.
    • Insight Generation
    • Derive insights from extracted and manipulated data, and provide recommendations to improve processes for data extraction.
    • Synthesize implications from analysis and refine approach.
    • Use insights to generate and develop actionable recommendations to clients.
