Job Summary

The Parts Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by receiving and distributing parts for the assigned area. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels
  • Receive and process incoming parts, including verifying quantities and quality
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
  • Operate company vehicles and equipment, including forklifts, as required
  • Process work orders and purchase orders in accordance with company policies
  • Code purchasing card statements and reconcile inventory discrepancies
  • Adhere to all company, OSHA, and MSHA rules and regulations
  • Participate in safety training and initiatives to promote a safe working environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and operate equipment in reverse using mirrors
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and outdoor conditions
  • Must wear protective equipment while on company premises
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform job functions, including walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing
  • Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
