Auto Refinisher

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Refinisher to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As an Auto Refinisher, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Apply advanced knowledge of automotive repair techniques to restore vehicles to their original condition.
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a smooth workflow.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest repair techniques and technologies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks.
• Previous experience in the automotive repair industry preferred.

• Collision repair experience and/or certification.
• Knowledge of 3M Collision Repair Products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
