Job Overview:
Redlands Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. This role will involve working closely with the Nurse Manager to perform professional nursing functions, utilizing knowledge and skills to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing their own performance, staying up-to-date with current knowledge and principles related to discipline-specific practice, and applying a population-based approach to determine patient needs. Additionally, they will meet all job and physical requirements as outlined in the job description or agreed upon through workplace accommodations.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess a current CA State licensure as a Registered Nurse, as well as current CPR certification. ACLS certification within 3 months of hire is also required, with PALS certification within 6 months of hire for new grad RNs. A Current MAB or CPI (Non-violent Crisis Protection, Intervention) certificate and NIHSS certificate are also necessary within 6 months of hire. MICN certification is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
