Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Technician Lead to join our team at Jacobs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex electronics projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
  • Electronics Systems Engineering: Design, develop, and test complex electronics systems, including circuitry, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of electronics technicians to ensure high-quality work and efficient project execution.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and management, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex electronics-related problems and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in electronics systems engineering and project leadership.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of electronics systems engineering, including circuitry, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems. Proficient in project management tools and techniques, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Certifications and Clearances: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
