Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at US Engine Valve. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment.

About the Role:

This is a direct hire position with benefits, offering a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, collaborating with a dynamic team to achieve our goals.

The ideal candidate will have prior work experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in electrical systems from 24V DC to 480V AC. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while an associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.

We offer a comprehensive training program, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, electronics, welding, and mechanical skills. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoots and repairs machine malfunctions, performing preventive maintenance as needed.
  • Locates and repairs electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical problems, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Completes projects as directed, including machine moves, modifications, installations, material handling, and remodeling work areas.
  • Assists in the training of other maintenance personnel and production associates.
  • E nsures job functions maintain or improve product quality.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Prior work experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in electrical systems.

  • On-the-job or classroom training, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, electronics, welding, and mechanical.
