We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at AdventHealth. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in our patients.
About the RoleThe Clinical Pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug-related problems to assure patient safety, improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.
Responsibilities- Assist nursing or other medical staff members in completing ADR reports, if required.
- Assist with new employee orientation.
- Communicate effectively with all other healthcare providers.
- Communicate with prescriber, completing appropriate documentation, when non-formulary drugs are requested.
- Graduate of an AACP accredited pharmacy school.
- State of Florida License in Registered Pharmacist.
