About The Job
The Treetop ABA Therapy is a leading provider of ABA therapy services in Arizona, Georgia, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, and Massachusetts. As a Home-Based Interventionist, you will join a dedicated team of professionals committed to delivering exceptional quality of care to children with autism and special needs. Your role will involve providing ABA interventions to clients in their homes, working closely with other program staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness of therapy programs, and providing feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities and progress of clients.

Salary and Benefits
We offer competitive pay based on experience, ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. Part-time staff members accrue paid time off weekly. Key Responsibilities
This role requires a high level of organization and communication skills. You will need to collect, record, and analyze data on client progress, prepare it for presentation under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and work closely with other program staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness of therapy programs. Additionally, you will provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities and progress of clients.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience with ABA therapy or working with children with special needs is a plus, but not required. RBT certification is preferred. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and adapt to the physical demands of the role. Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes is essential.
