About the Role

This Quality Control Associate position at Johnson Service Group offers a unique opportunity to join a leading staffing and consulting services company in the biotech manufacturing industry. Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Perform analyses of in-process materials, finished products, and stability samples while supporting Environmental Monitoring (EM) and raw material inspections.
  2. Conduct incoming inspections of raw materials following company policies and procedures.
  3. Support analytical method transfers, including product-specific test methods.
  4. Assist Quality Assurance (QA) in maintaining and calibrating lab instrumentation.
  5. Act as a liaison with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) teams and the Safety Officer.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a Life Science discipline.
  • 3-4 years of cGMP experience in Quality Control, preferably within the medical device or biopharmaceutical industries.
  • Hands-on experience with EM sampling and aseptic techniques.
  • Familiarity with analytical laboratory methods and instrumentation.
  • Necessary Skills and Attributes:
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Professionalism and a high level of integrity.

Compensation and Benefits: This role offers an attractive salary range of $75K - $90K annually, along with a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance options, paid time off, sick time, 401(k), weekly pay, and more.
