Position Overview

The focus of this role will be on civil engineering projects for both commercial and residential developments. Responsibilities will include the design and implementation of essential infrastructure such as ponds, stormwater systems, roadways, and utilities. The projects may encompass comprehensive planning studies, residential layout designs, flood management strategies, stream restoration efforts, and assessments related to bridge stability.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and a Professional Engineering (PE) license. Key competencies include:
  • Effective coordination with various clients, regulatory agencies, and design teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Expertise in civil site and grading design
  • Proficiency in roadway and transportation design
  • Utility design capabilities
  • Advanced skills in Civil 3D software
  • Experience in producing construction plans and specifications
  • Ability to develop drainage reports and stormwater management designs
