Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Med/Surg RN to join our team of travel allied professionals. As a Med/Surg RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to Med/Surg patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and efficient patient care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and develop care plans.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Med/Surg RN.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
