At Magnum Systems, we're looking for a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at our Parsons, KS facility.

As a key member of our logistics team, you'll be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting materials between our facilities. You'll also design and construct wooden crating and skids to safely ship equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading trucks using a fork truck
  • Crating and skidding industrial equipment for safe transportation
  • Expediting orders as needed to meet monthly goals
  • Maintaining shipping supplies and ensuring product quality

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in crating and logistics
  • A valid US driver's license

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience

Work Environment:

  • 90% of the time spent on the production floor, 10% at a desk
  • Working in temperatures above 100°F and below 60°F
  • Noise levels may require hearing protection

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting and carrying up to 100 lbs
  • Standing and sitting for extended periods
  • Climbing ladders up to 6 feet high
  • Walking on slippery or uneven surfaces
