Responsibilities: * Utilize cutting-edge diagnostic tools to identify mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic issues in heavy construction equipment. * Conduct comprehensive inspections and repairs, including undercarriage components, steel structures, wear on critical parts, hydraulic system integrity, and other key systems. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and assess the condition of materials such as steel. * Maintain records using specialized Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), detailing repairs, parts used, and equipment condition for tracking and reporting. * Document all maintenance activities, providing a comprehensive history of heavy equipment maintenance. * Work closely with heavy equipment manufacturers and engineering teams to address specific equipment requirements, modifications, and enhancements. * Conduct root cause analyses on heavy equipment failures, implementing corrective actions. Requirements: * Extensive knowledge and expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy construction equipment. * Experience with cranes, bulldozers, excavators, loaders, graders, and other construction and earthmoving machinery. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
