Key Responsibilities:

As a Guest Services Attendant, you will warmly greet and escort guests to their accommodations, ensuring their experience begins on a positive note. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the entrance of the property and welcoming arriving guests.
  • Assisting guests with their luggage and ensuring it is handled securely.
  • Parking and retrieving guests' vehicles in designated areas.
  • Delivering messages and assisting with requests related to room changes, groceries, and other inquiries.
  • Reporting any issues or unusual occurrences to management.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe front entrance and lobby area.
  • Supporting management with various tasks and assisting other departments as needed.
  • Building rapport with guests by remembering their names, preferences, and routines, and providing information about room features and property amenities.
  • Handling luggage retrieval, transportation, and organization in designated areas.
  • Driving and parking all types of passenger vehicles and managing transportation requests as necessary.
  • Keeping an eye out for any undesirable individuals on the property, acting as a Safety & Security advocate.
  • Engaging in special projects as assigned by leadership and responding to guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with co-workers and assisting them with their duties to foster a supportive team environment.
*Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who exhibit a positive attitude and a welcoming smile.

To excel in this role, applicants should possess the following qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A self-motivated personality with a calm demeanor.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 150 pounds.
  • Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and endure outdoor weather conditions.
  • Ability to move quickly in response to work situations (e.g., running, walking, jogging), with or without reasonable accommodations.
It would be advantageous for candidates to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
  • At least 1 year of prior experience as a Bellperson.
  • Proven experience in resort or hotel hospitality.
