Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain office operations and reporting protocols
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent flow of information within the office
  • Manage merchandising stock in and around all checkout areas and main entrance
  • Promote merchandise effectively and maintain visibility of marketing materials
  • Assist cashiers with register operations and ensure accurate register counts
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting every customer, demonstrating product knowledge, and ensuring efficient transactions
  • Address customer service inquiries, assist with transactions, and communicate customer needs to management as necessary
  • Relay all promotions and advertisements to the front-end team for effective customer engagement
  • Coordinate daily break schedules for staff
  • Support the training, development, evaluation, and supervision of front-end associates
Additional Duties:
  • Assist with unloading deliveries and maintaining store organization
  • Complete other assigned responsibilities as needed
  • Utilize store equipment, including telephones, copiers, fax machines, computers, and forklifts.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull items weighing up to 35 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to bend and twist frequently
  • Capability to squat, kneel, balance, and climb ladders occasionally
  • Ability to see, hear, and communicate effectively
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience required
  • High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory
Working Conditions:
  • Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, as needed for store coverage
Salary:

$11.00 per hour
