Responsibilities:

As a Senior Integration Program Manager, you will:

  • Oversee and coordinate product initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals.
  • Facilitate workflows across teams and complex portfolios within a matrixed operational framework.
  • Collaborate with product and platform leaders to establish business cases, define project scopes, and align on strategic vision.
  • Proactively manage and escalate risks and issues that may impact customers in your daily operations.

Key Activities:

Your role will involve:

  • Enabling collaboration across cross-functional teams and external partners, executing on architecture and product-driven initiatives.
  • Driving communications on strategic projects to foster consensus, clarify objectives, and resolve business challenges.
  • Facilitating decision-making among key stakeholders regarding financials, project scope, risks, and dependencies.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to teams or business units lacking clear organizational ownership.
  • Encouraging a culture of innovation by leading research and brainstorming sessions, translating ideas into actionable projects.
  • Mentoring junior team members to foster their professional development.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management or a related discipline.
  • In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of relevant experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Jira.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to synthesize data into compelling narratives for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Expertise in developing software delivery plans and collaborating with engineering teams for effective project execution.
  • Understanding of the importance of architectural frameworks in software development.
  • Experience in engaging with PMO governance bodies.
  • Ability to dive deep into project details and maintain a comprehensive understanding of delivery processes.
  • Proven track record in identifying dependencies and risks within projects.
  • Demonstrated ownership of projects from ideation through to implementation.
