Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the construction of large water and wastewater treatment facilities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Monitor and enforce construction quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential safety risks on project sites, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Prepare and submit regular project status reports, budget reviews, and contract amendments, as required.
  • Coordinate with other construction managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and implement construction management plans, ensuring effective project execution and minimizing delays.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and address potential issues, ensuring project success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in managing the construction of large water and wastewater treatment facilities.
  • Progressive Design-Build experience, with a strong understanding of construction management processes.
  • Project Lead experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Registered Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management software, including Primavera P6 and Bentley PWCM (EADOC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction-related program.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $78.00 to $92.42 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, comprehensive health insurance, and retirement savings options.
