About the Role

As a Credit Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our credit services. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage customer relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with new credit applications, approvals, and denials
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for departmental purposes
  • Communicate with customers regarding their credit limits and account status
  • Process payments and handle returned checks as necessary
  • Contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to established safety guidelines
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years of previous experience in credit and collections preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
Salary and Benefits
