Join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals at TriHealth, Inc. as a Student Nurse Intern.
About the PositionThis internship provides selected student nurses from partnering nursing education programs with hands-on experience and training in a real-world setting. Working alongside a designated charge nurse, you will develop essential skills and knowledge to succeed as a professional nurse.
The position offers opportunities for growth and development, including:
- Assisting and performing basic activities of daily living under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Providing clerical support and non-direct patient care tasks
- Developing interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
To be eligible for this internship, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be currently enrolled in an approved nursing program
- Have completed your junior year of formal nursing education prior to starting the internship
- Possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Demonstrate reading and math abilities appropriate to the position
