  • Direct and precept staff as needed/assigned, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our team.
  • Participate in quality process improvements in the department, contributing to the development of innovative solutions and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing, preferred.
  • Current RN license for the State of Texas or current compact state license.
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience working with electronic medical records systems.
  • Consistent work history and longevity with previous employers.
