About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design process for our GenAI Marketplace. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to understand business goals and user needs. You'll design, refine, and ship high-quality designs that meet our users' expectations. Your strong point of view on the desired user experience will drive our design decisions. You'll also be responsible for justifying design decisions based on user feedback and insights. Additionally, you'll adopt and expand our design system to achieve consistent style and quality standards across products.

Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end design process to improve the contributor experience
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to understand business goals and user needs
- Design, refine, and ship high-quality designs
- Justify design decisions based on user feedback and insights
- Adopt and expand our design system to achieve consistent style and quality standards across products

Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Track record of shipping features in consumer-facing products with well-crafted design
- Strong interaction design, visual design, and content writing skills
- High level of proficiency in Figma and other design tools
- Ability to choose the right tool for communicating your thought process
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to influence the design process and culture within and outside the product design team
