Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Optical Sales Professional to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our optical department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Product Knowledge: Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, and assist patients in selecting frames that meet their vision needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively participate in a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Store Appearance: Take pride in maintaining a clean, attractive, and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1+ years in retail or customer service.
  • Skills: Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivation, strong communication skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
